Achievements

2022

Developed the Production, Logistics, and Financial Model for Caspian Holdings — supporting a business plan that secured a US$1 million grant from USAID in December 2022.

2023

Developed AgriMonitor — an automated Monitoring & Evaluation platform purpose-built for the agriculture sector, enabling real-time field data collection, outcome tracking, and donor-ready reporting for agriculture programs and agribusinesses.

2023–2024

Implemented AgriMonitor to monitor and evaluate 150 smallholder pig farmers across 7 counties — delivering beneficiary-level performance tracking and development assessment across Liberia's pig value chain.

2024

Developed MonitorMate — extending Maevva's automated M&E capability beyond agriculture into education, health, social development, and other sectors, enabling multi-site program evaluation at scale.

2024

Implemented MonitorMate to conduct an endline evaluation of Mary's Meals International's 5-Year School Feeding Program — evaluating 242 primary schools across Bomi, Bong, and Grand Cape Mount Counties, with findings validated against the Ministry of Education's Annual School Census.

2025

Developed the Sovereign Architecture Method™ (SAM™) and the Organizational Readiness Protocol™ (ORP™) — Maevva's proprietary methodologies for development finance architecture and institutional readiness, establishing a replicable, scalable approach to resource mobilization in fragile and transitioning states.

2026

Engaged as Resource Mobilization Strategist and Program Architect to the Governance Commission of Liberia — Maevva's first SAM™ deployment; designing and implementing the financing architecture for Liberia's Constitutional Reform Process and Governance Transformation across multiple partners, including UNDP and the World Bank.

Engaged as Resource Mobilization Strategist to the Carbon Markets Authority (CMA) of Liberia; competitively secured against an international advisory consultancy, to develop Liberia's carbon sector Resource Mobilization Strategy and design the Liberia Climate Investment Fund.
