Achievements

Developed Production, Logistics and Financial model for Caspian Holdings for their business plan which was approved for a US$1 million grant from USAID in December, 2022. 

Cofounded the Pig Value Chain Actors (PVCA), pig value chain stakeholders association to develop and promote the value chain; which has since become the premier pig value chain association in the country. 

Developed an automated Business Performance Monitoring software application to track our clients performance against their their business plan targets

Enhanced our Business Performance Monitoring application into the AgriMonitor Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) solution for Agriculture and Agribusinesses. 

Implemented AgriMonitor for smallholder Pig Value Chain direct beneficiaries monitoring and evaluation, to assess their progress and development from receiving such direct support. The goal is to identify potential and develop future Pig agribusinesses.

Extended AgriMonitor to non-agriculture sectors to extend our M&E solution to a wider audience, increasing value/returns from donor funding to develop various aspects of our country.
